About ToolsHub360
ToolsHub360 is a collection of free online calculators and guides built to answer real money questions quickly. Our first tool, the Hourly to Salary Calculator, turned any hourly wage into annual, monthly, weekly and daily pay in seconds — and the site has since grown into a full library of paycheck, tax, time-tracking and freelance calculators, each designed to give you a clear answer in one visit.
We build for three kinds of people: US workers who want to know what a job offer really pays, freelancers and contractors setting their own rates, and small employers checking payroll math without hiring an accountant. Every tool works instantly in your browser — no app to download, no account to create, and no ads that get in the way of the numbers.
How we build and review our tools. Each calculator is built around clear, standard formulas — the same ones payroll departments and tax professionals use — and each page explains the math behind the result so you can check it yourself. Tax figures, such as 2026 federal income tax brackets, Social Security and Medicare rates, and 401(k) contribution limits, follow the official IRS and SSA figures and are labeled with the tax year they apply to. Our content is reviewed for accuracy on a regular schedule; the current set of calculators was reviewed in October 2026, and each page carries its "Last updated" date and a "Reviewed for accuracy" note so you can see how fresh the numbers are.
Editorial standards. We keep our guides and FAQ sections plain-spoken and factual. We don't offer personalized tax, legal or financial advice, and where a number is an estimate — like a tax withholding projection — we say so on the page. When official figures change, we update the affected calculators and note the change in the page's date. If you spot an error or have an idea for a tool we should build, get in touch — reader feedback drives what we build next.
Our mission stays simple: free, accurate tools for everyone. For a full list of what's available, browse the calculator collection or the guides library.
